Your technician will arrive at the scheduled time, confirm the repair details, and complete the work—typically within 2-3 hours.
Before completing the service, your technician will review the results with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
We aim to make the entire process as convenient and transparent as possible. If you have any questions at any stage, our team is available to assist you.
Clear photos are essential for accurate assessment. We recommend at least two photos—one showing the damage in context (from about 4 feet away) and one close-up showing detail. Including your vehicle’s colour code (found on the door identification plate) helps ensure perfect colour matching.
After accepting your quote, we typically schedule repairs within 3-10 business days, depending on your location and our current booking volume. For urgent requirements, please note this in your booking form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
While you’re welcome to observe the repair process, it’s not necessary for you to be present the entire time. We simply need access to your vehicle for the duration of the repair (typically 2-3 hours) and someone available to approve the completed work.
For mobile repairs, weather conditions can sometimes impact our ability to deliver optimal results. If adverse weather is forecast for your appointment day, we’ll contact you to discuss options, which may include rescheduling or using temporary shelter solutions.
Yes, we understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid potential rebooking fees.
